Motorola Solutions is seeking a visionary Senior UX Designer with deep expertise in AI and Voice User Interfaces to create mission-critical applications that safeguard lives every day. As a Senior UX Designer, you will be a lead contributor, directly shaping the next generation of mobile public safety solutions. We’re looking for a design expert who wants to lead in a hands-on way: You are equally passionate about delivering outstanding design solutions as you are about collaborating, and potentially mentoring, within a dynamic team. You strategically design to make sense of complex, multimodal workflows, including cutting-edge voice interfaces, with the ability to transform those insights into exceptional user experiences in real-world, mission-critical settings. Target Base Salary Range: $96,500 - $133,000 USD
